The Fully Automatic Eye Mask & Warmer Pad Integrated Production Line combines forming, sealing, ultrasonic welding, and packaging into one continuous, high-efficiency system. Integrating the DBNB-Z330B, DBYZ-C220, and DBTD-L125 machines, this line enables seamless automated production of various products such as steam eye masks, hand warmers, foot warmers, and body warm pads. With full-servo synchronization, PLC control, photoelectric tracking, and intelligent temperature management, it ensures precise alignment, consistent sealing, and superior product quality. Designed for stability, energy efficiency, and minimal manual intervention, this integrated line provides a smart, cost-effective solution for manufacturers seeking large-scale, high-speed production of comfort and wellness products.

Machine Structure

Machine Structure
  1. The machine realizes intelligent control through the combination of programmable controller (PLC), man-machine interface, encoder, photoelectric system, etc., and the operation is simple and intuitive.
  2. Full servo synchronous control system, high-precision graphic benchmarking system. Ensuring stable operation and greatly increasing production capacity.
  3. The automatic feed, synchronous feeding, rolling sealing, ultrasonic welding, rolling cutting, and automatic waste collection into rolls are synchronized by the programmable controller (PLC) output.
  4. The high-speed reaction of the microcomputer is used to control the amount of glue sprayed and the speed of glue spray, so as to minimize the amount of glue used and avoid unnecessary waste.
  5. Adopt automatic synchronous feeding system, easy to adjust the connection of feeding and equipment. Automatically guide positioning to ensure the synchronization and stability of the whole machine.
  6. The ear strap is ultrasonically welded to make it seamlessly welded to the eye mask. The joint is firm and hard, and the belt is comfortable and soft.
  7. The finished rolling cutter die adopts imported high-performance materials, special process heat treatment and precision processing. The cutter has a long service life and can be repaired. The finished product has a beautiful appearance and no burrs.
  8. The whole machine adopts all-round safety protection isolation, the external raw material is easy to replace, safe to use and high in yield.
