At DABA Machine, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of large-scale industrial machinery, we apply the following return policy:

General Terms

All orders are considered final once confirmed and production has begun. Returns or cancellations for reasons unrelated to product quality will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if the machine is found to have major manufacturing defects or severe transport damage upon delivery.

Any return request must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receipt, along with supporting evidence (photos, videos, or inspection reports).

Process & Costs

Our technical team will review the case to determine eligibility.

If approved, the return must be shipped back in its original packaging.

Return shipping, insurance, and related costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the defect is confirmed to be caused by DABA Machine.

Alternative Solutions

In most cases, we will resolve issues through spare part replacement, repair services, or technical support, rather than a full machine return.

Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or use of non-original spare parts.

Customized machines are non-returnable.
