DBTD-T120 bagging machine is a linkage production equipment for automatic bag entry and sealing of prefabricated film outer bags developed to meet the needs of warm bag outer bag packaging OEM and small batch personalized and diversified outer packaging. It solves the defects of traditional manual bagging and sealing, such as too much manual work, high working intensity, product sealing and unsightly appearance. The machine has a novel structure, occupies less land, adopts three servo synchronous cooperation, and is equipped with pneumatic system and vacuum system. It has servo bag taking, servo bag feeding, bag opening, material taking, servo bag entering, sealing, detection output and counting synchronous assembly line operation. The excellent performance of the three servo systems can greatly increase the production capacity. The man-machine interface is easy to understand, the production process of the whole line is intuitive, the operation and maintenance are convenient, and the functions are complete.

Servo multi-stage control is adopted to control the bag taking speed, which is applicable to bags of different types and materials, and the debugging is more convenient.
The servo pushing material into the bag can cope with the warmer pad of different materials and expand the scope of application.
The quick release heat seal is adopted, which can be quickly removed and the production date or batch number can be changed.
The sensor can automatically match the linkage production speed according to the speed of the front-end packaging machine.
The reclaiming automatic detection system can automatically identify whether the reclaiming is successful. It can control whether the sealing works and avoid unnecessary waste.
The automatic bag opening detection system can automatically identify whether the bag is opened successfully. To control whether the servo bag feeding is started or not, waste and fault shutdown caused by unsuccessful bag feeding can be avoided.
PLC programmable controller is used for program logic design, servo system and human-computer interface display operation. The value of each part can be directly set in the man-machine interface, making the operation more intuitive and simple.
