Machine Description

Fully Automatic L-Bar Sealing Packaging Machine is a fully automatic unmanned packaging equipment. It is equipped with an automatic film feeding and perforation device, a manually adjustable film guiding system, and a manually adjustable feeding conveyor platform. The machine can be connected with a production line, automatically completing feeding, bagging, sealing, and shrinking processes.

Features/Functions

The entire machine is designed for fully unmanned operation, seamlessly integrated with the production line.
When the product size changes, adjustment is very simple with no need to replace molds or bag formers.
Automatic feeding, with bag length automatically regulated by the combination of photoelectric sensor and timer. Equipped with an induction motor for automatic waste rewinding.
The sealing and cutting knife has an automatic protection function to effectively prevent mis-cutting of products.
The temperature controller uses an imported digital display with built-in PID function, making the sealing temperature extremely sensitive and precise, adjustable at will, without the risk of inaccuracy damaging the product.
The sealing knife is made of aluminum alloy with DuPont Teflon coating from the USA, featuring anti-stick and high-temperature resistance. The seal is firm, with no cracking, carbonization, smoke, or pollution.
Equipped with imported photoelectric sensors, one set for horizontal detection and one set for vertical detection, allowing flexible switching. Even thin or small products can be sealed easily and reliably.
The sealing and cutting section is equipped with an organic glass protective cover and an automatic alarm system, greatly enhancing operator safety.
