DBYY-S32-140 is a dual-station high-speed paper plate machine that integrates pneumatic and mechanical technology. Equipped with an efficient hydraulic pressure system, it delivers faster operation, higher safety, and easier operation and maintenance compared with traditional automatic forming machines. It is widely used for producing small-size, shallow-depth paper plates and aluminum foil trays. By changing molds, it can form paper plates of different sizes and shapes, including round and square designs.

Features/Functions

Hydraulic system: Normal two station machine using one tank, we are using two tank, it is good for the oil cycling and radiating.
PLC control system:
o It is two group A and B, when one side u are no need working can stop it, and the program setting can be different.
o Machine all the parts have sensor. If where have problem in the program can directly show. No need to check out which parts meet machine, it is easy for working.
o Easy to adjust machine when you are change mould change the material paper, only 4 parameter setting.
Cylinder: Using 80mm dia cylinder, this cylinder can making more deep and heavy paper pressure.
Hydraulic forming systerm: Unsynchronized up and down, the force at the same time is easy to damage the cylinder, it is more better for the hydraulic life. It is very heavy pressure.
Collecting and counting system: Two liner for the collect plate, it count and collect plate more good.
Metal: Thickened steel plate machine is more stable.
Adjustable paper hole: It can adjust different size paper can making different parts, no need change this part whole set.
