The DBBG-S420 series fully automatic plastic thermoforming machines can be used for the automated production of plastic products such as PP, PET, HIPS, and GPPS. These include plastic cup lids, plastic bowl lids, plastic lunch boxes, medical trays, disposable trays, and packaging for food, cosmetics, hardware, and stationery. Utilizing variable frequency speed regulation and integrated automatic control technology, this fully automatic bottle cap forming machine features adjustable stroke, a modular structure, and functions such as pressure holding, forming, punching, and blanking. These ensure product quality, stabilize production, and improve efficiency.

The die is clamped with pressing plate for easy adjustment and installation.
Main motor uses the main motor to adopt frequency conversion speed regulation: The number of blanking is adjustable from 10 to 28 times. According to the length of the trip and the factors such as forming difficulty, the appropriate number of blanking is set.
