Machine Description

DBDP-B110-90 single-disc medium-speed paper cup molding machine has been upgraded on the basis of the old model, which shortens the overall stroke of the equipment, thus improving the relative time of production efficiency; the whole machine adopts spray lubrication to reduce wear and tear of the machine parts; the use of open intermittent cam system, gear transmission, high precision, high output, greatly increasing the service life, making up for the inherent shortcomings of the chain transmission jerky and unstable transmission. Inherent shortcomings of chain transmission. The cup wall and cup bottom adopt Swiss Lester heater (heater brand is optional); the cup making process adopts PLC control, photoelectric eye fault monitoring and servo control, which improves the performance of the equipment and realizes fast and stable operation. Failure automatic shutdown, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, improve the safety and stability of the equipment.
