Machine Description

The Flatbed Die-Cutting Machine is designed for cutting and pressing various materials such as cardboard, corrugated board, plastic sheets, and leather. It delivers clear, precise, and smooth creasing lines without burrs or cracks, even on coated and specialty papers. With interchangeable creasing rules and dies, it ensures clean edges, minimal flattening, and improved board quality, making it an ideal choice for printing, packaging, decoration, and plastics industries.

Features/Functions

The castings are made of HT250 gray cast iron and undergo annealing treatment to ensure that the castings (including the machine body, pressure frame, etc.) are not easily deformed or cracked.
The main shaft is made of 40Cr steel, quenched and tempered to enhance strength, rigidity, and hardness, ensuring excellent deformation resistance.
The main gears are also made of 40Cr steel and treated with quenching and tempering for durability.
The machine’s guide rail liner is made of 38CrMoAl, treated with nitriding to improve hardness, reduce wear, and maintain stable and balanced pressure over long-term operation.
The single-plate electromagnetic clutch operates with high sensitivity and reliability.
Equipped with continuous die-cutting and open delay functions, with adjustable delay range.
The transmission connecting rod (pull arm) is made of ductile cast iron, providing high strength, toughness, and tensile resistance.
Critical bearings are sourced from Harbin Bearing Group (ZWZ).
A centralized lubrication system with optional manual lubrication ensures smooth oil circulation and makes maintenance more convenient.
The transmission bushings use composite sleeves (to guarantee lubrication), while the connecting rod uses powder metallurgy bushings, improving machine precision.
Electrical components include China’s CHINT and imported Schneider (or LG and Siemens for export models).
Equipped with triple safety devices: hand-operated triangular limit switch, emergency stop switch, and push-rod limit switch, ensuring safe operation.
Optional inner and outer movable chase frames for plate installation (standard configuration: outer movable chase frame).
