Machine Description

The outer paste hollow corrugated paper cup machine adopts a platform layout, which isolates the transmission parts and molds. The transmission parts are under the platform and the molds are on the platform, this layout is easy to clean and maintain. The machine adopts automatic spray lubrication, longitudinal shaft drive structure, open cylindrical fluted wheel indexing mechanism and gear drive to ensure the stability and quality of the whole machine. For electrical components, PLC, photoelectric tracking and servo feed are used to control the operation. The production capacity of these machines is up to 80-100 / min, suitable for producing 5-16 ounces of cold / hot cups with external hollow corrugated. The suction structure has been updated for more stable suction.
