Machine Description

DBJX-JJ200-80 Ice Tube (Calippo) Forming Machine is a forming machine developed for ice cream paper tubes commonly found in the market. The machine adopts an innovative vertical turntable, which will not send the cup body falling during operation, saving working space; a new type of curling unit ensures the quality of the finished curling; each part is equipped with optical eye detection, which is convenient for machine maintenance and repair; The special bottom embossing unit and bottom cutting unit ensure the bottom sealing of the Ice tube. It is the first new type of ice tube forming machine in China.
  1. Straight-shaft transmission, simple and efficient structure, stable operation of the machine, low noise.
  2. The whole machine uses automatic spray lubrication system, reducing the wear of machine parts, support the machine to work for a long time without interruption.
  3. About 13 sensors on 1 machine to monitor the whole cup making process.
  4. The body of tube and the bottom of cup portion bonded by Swiss (Leister brand) heater, ensuring the stability of adhesion.
  5. Two times curling, first one is rotating curling, second one is heating stereotypes , which improves the forming strength of tube, tube mouth beauty and tube size stability.
  6. PLC and touch screen control is used in tube forming, photoelectric eye is adopted in the entire failure control process.
  7. Innovative long tube tyoe cup collection, optical eye counting, convenient for operators to pack.
  8. Bottom waste collection device, easy to recycle waste, save production cost.
