Machine Description

DBCX-1220-80 Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine are a new generation of closed type presses developed with the introduction of advanced foreign technology. The machine body is welded with gantry integral steel plate, abandoning the disadvantages of the traditional closed type press split body which needs to be assembled and debugged, providing both the good precision, rigidity and strength performance of the closed type press and the easy installation and convenient operation of the open type press. This series press has the characteristics of high precision, high strength and high stiffness, and is suitable for shearing, punching, falling, bending and shallow stretching work.

  1. The body adopts the whole welded gantry structure of steel plate, the high-strength frame body is welded into a whole, which ensures the very high stiffness and strength of the body, the whole frame body is annealed by the fireplace as a whole, which ensures the long-term stability of the frame accuracy;
  2. Crankshaft is placed longitudinally with short pivot distance and good crankshaft stiffness;
  3. The transmission part is enclosed inside the body, gears are lubricated by oil immersion;
  4. Installed with two-degree drop protection device;
  5. Adopts combined rigid interlocking dry pneumatic friction clutch-brake, with large transmission torque, small rotational inertia, easy installation and maintenance;
  6. The slider is welded steel plate structure, and the high-pressure oil cylinder inside the slider is equipped with imported high-pressure oil seal to ensure no leakage of high-pressure oil;
  7. Adopts imported hydraulic overload protector, which is sensitive and reliable. Once the machine tool is overloaded, the protector will unload immediately and the slider will stop moving, and an electrical signal will be issued at the same time, which protects the equipment and the mold from damage;
  8. The slider loading height is electrically adjusted with digital display, display accuracy 0.1mm;
  9. Adopts eight-sided high-precision long guide rails with high guiding accuracy and very good precision maintenance;
  10. The press is equipped with pneumatic balancing device, which reduces the secondary shock, runs smoothly and improves the dynamic accuracy of the press;
  11. Adopting American ROSS safety duplex valve, which ensures the safety and reliability of clutch operation;
  12. Adopts electric thin oil lubrication and progressive distributor with lubrication fault detection switch;
  13. Balancing cylinder adopts Taiwan Yuxiang manual thin oil lubrication, which improves the service life of balancing cylinder;
  14. Pneumatic components (air source treatment two-piece, regulator) adopt Taiwan ADATA and Japan SMC products;
  15. With one lighting in the die area and one set of blowing parts, which is convenient for blowing materials;
  16. The air cabinet on the right side of the press is equipped with a counting buzzer (used to set the number of products with 4 digits, this function can be closed or opened)
  17. Work lights installed in the windows on the left and right sides, mold motor line with sleeve protection;
  18. From the front of the machine, the electrical junction box is placed on the left side of the machine, the gas circuit components are placed on the right side of the machine, 48-core navigation plug randomly shipped, the control cabinet wire length of two meters;
  19. With vibration damping pad S78-10-07;
  20. Machine without electric control cabinet, retaining the button station, retaining the electrical interface, looking directly at the machine, with no obstructions on the left side of the machine;
  21. Underneath the tank floor and inside the machine table welded 6 small gas storage tanks, each tank with a drain valve, an air outlet, an air inlet, a safety valve. The air inlet and outlet of the storage tank under the working table of the machine need to be connected to the elbow 1/2 reducer into a quick plug connector Φ12 for later use according to Φ12 hose;
  22. The whole machine is also equipped with two-hand operation buttons and foot switches, etc., to achieve continuous, single and inching operation specifications.
